We live and work in Cebu.
We're a team based in Cebu, Philippines. We rent homes here, shop at the markets here, sit in the same traffic, and pay the same electric bills. When we tell you what something costs, it's because we paid it — not because we read it somewhere.
We started this site because most "retire abroad" advice comes from someone who earns a commission when you buy. We wanted the other kind: answers from people who live here and have nothing to gain from your choice of condo.
That's why we don't sell real estate — the moment we earned a commission on your condo, our advice would stop being worth anything.
